Consequently, over 1350 pilgrims on the way to Badrinath shrine and Hemkunt Sahib have been stopped from proceeding ahead. As per state emergency operation centre (SEOC), 937 pilgrims en-route Badrinath shrine were stopped while 430 pilgrims on their way to famous Sikh shrine Hemkund Sahib were stopped at Govindghat.
